"The Core" includes muscles from the hips to the shoulders, but some of them get less attention than others. This class offers a gentle yoga practice for the whole body, while emphasizing the subtleties of coordinating your breath with pelvic-floor muscle coordination.

This class is great for both men and women who want to improve motor control and coordination, whether they are a athlete looking to improve performance or a new mom experiencing occasional urinary leakage. All levels of yoga experience (including none!) are welcome!
